Evaluate the contractor's timeliness I did not supervise this contact so I can not speak to the day to day timeliness. I do know the project west let on time

Evaluate the contractor's quality The Project Manager that supervised this contract has retired. I did not have any involvement during design. I do know that the
construction went well with documents prepared by LHB and the overall project won an ACEC/MN award.
