As the program was a limited time program and because we didn't have Project Manager capacity we chose to engage a contractor for those services.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Charter solutions quickly identified a solid candidate. Gail provided timely schedules, task lists and managed us through a successful launch of the program.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Gail provided detailed deliverables, coordinated with our team and external outsourced partner and our system vendor. She helped our Program Manager coordinate activities across several different divisions and teams. Her transition documents were quite detailed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost was per the rates agreed in the contract.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Charter provided a quality resource that helped us achieve our program launch date. That date was moved due to ensuring we had fully translated program materials into multiple languages so we were able to meet the needs of communities most in need.
