Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Resource's work was generally timely. Some of the estimates the resource gave for completing specific tasks were significantly underestimated. There were a couple times when the resource would say he'd schedule a meeting but would take 2 or 3 days to do so.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Resource's work was generally good quality. The resource made one technical recommendation that was impossible to implement.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Contractor's cost was as expected with the exception of where the resource's estimates of specific tasks were underestimated.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The resource was adequate for most of our work, but the resource required a lot of mentoring, counseling, and on occasions reminders to take action.
