If this was a single source contract, explain why the agency determined there was only a single source for the services (if applicable) MyCNA had a unique platform and offered personal service to help recruit very difficult to fill positions. They were to help MDVA promote and attend 12 virtual hiring events. Currently and during COVID clinical staff with certified nursing assistant certification are in high demand, finding a resource that would help us recruit was pivotal in obtaining this contract.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor was very prompt with customer service and provided the resources for recruitment. They were very willing and available to meet with our staff to assist in establishing recruitment events, contact names, training, and to provide sourcing ideas. Their service was very timely and their training valuable.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Quality was sufficient. Their services would have been more beneficial if MDVA had various locations in a variety of states. Their platform did not seem to attract enough candidates from our metro area.

Describe any negative action taken during the duration of this contract (i.e., termination, pursuit of suspension, etc.): Paying of invoices was a little difficult. The address to send payment changed and we were not notified to some payments were sent to the wrong location. When we contacted their accounting department they were very prompt and easy to work with.
