Evaluate the contractor's timeliness work was submitted on time which met expectations. Additionally, Brian went above and beyond to turnaround quick updates
when scope changed, cost splits were added, and as needed a number of other times beyond his control.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Was good. I had some initial worries having not worked with Brian on a signing plan before, but he adjusted quickly on a steep
learning curve to deliver what MnDOT (and St Paul) needed out of this project. He dealt with many complexities, scope changes,
and other challenges introduced during the project design. We received a really nice, clean, and quality planset for our
deliverables.
