Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: MNIT @ DHS/MNsure is issuing this event to secure a Quality Assurance Analyst resource with STRONG DATA MANAGEMENT/DATA WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE testing in large and complex systems development projects. This Quality Assurance Analyst is needed to bring several active, high visibility projects to successful completion, to enable the DHS System Modernization technical solutions to be deployed and fully operational. The software Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for performing all testing activities for DHS Systems Modernization projects such as MnCHOICES and METS, as determined by the State’s Project Manager and/or Product Owner. These will include several cross-agency projects with key collaborators from MMIS, MNIT @ DHS: MNsure (Department of Human Services and MNsure).

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Geetha Arunachalam (contractor) arrives to work on time. Geetha provides advanced notice when needing time off for appointments and time off requests. There are no issues with timeliness.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Geetha provides excellent quality in the work she has performed. She keeps accurate records, and provides knowledge transfer to state team members, as applicable. She is the "go to" person for various project work for the team as well as with whom she works (project team members, leadership, others in QA).

Evaluate the contractor's cost Geetha's contract hourly rate is $90. She (Coolsoft) should be paid more than that, as her work is invaluable and her talents do not exist with others at the state.
