Evaluate the contractor's timeliness All deliverables were delivered on time. There was continuous communication throughout the contract and PCG was responsive to all requests.

Evaluate the contractor's quality PCG uses a proprietary IV&V methodology that is the best in the business. The quality of their methods and their service is among the best in the business.

Evaluate the contractor's cost PCG costs are very competitive and they were the lowest cost bidders for this RFP.
