The scope includes: conducting sub-slab soil vapor sampling, groundwater investigation including the installation of monitoring wells, groundwater monitoring/sampling, preparation of bid documents for a State Contractor to install a sub-slab depressurization system, providing assistance to the MPCA with preparation of reports for submittal to EPA, and reporting of sampling results to the MPCA and property owners.
