Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Ten7 worked with us to determine deliverable schedule. They also scheduled a weekly stand up meeting with our team after initial work was done. They communicated when timeline changed and worked with us when we couldn’t meet deadlines.

Evaluate the contractor's quality They are very knowledgeable about Drupal and web. They were flexible in delivering what we needed, even though it deviated from their typical deliverables. They were also available to answer other questions we had, which was very helpful.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Cost per hour seemed to be in line with what other local Drupal contractors charge.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance We have been happy with Ten7’s quality of work and their collaborative nature. They were a nice complement to our team for this project.
