Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor’s timeliness was acceptable. They were able to manage an aggressive timeline and met the milestones we had established.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The contractor’s quality was great related to data analysis and survey implementation. The contractor’s quality on the report generation was acceptable. If provided more time It would have been nice to see more analysis and summarization within the report than the presentation of results.
