Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Braun Intertec will conduct the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, prepare a Sampling and Analysis Plan and Health and Safety Plan, and conduct the investigation. Braun Intertec will oversee the drilling of soil borings, monitoring wells, and soil vapor probes, and digging of test pits. Following the completion of Site activities, Braun will submit to MPCA a Site Investigation Report identifying the extent of and risks posed by impacts detected, and provide recommendations for any additional investigation and response actions that may be warranted based on the results. All subcontractors will be procured using MPCA's Contractor and Subcontracting Purchasing Manua
