Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractors timeliness: The group always responded quickly to emails and other inquiries. They met our deadlines.

Evaluate the contractor's quality High quality advertising for the money that we paid. They did a good job listening to a lot of different voices and opinions and putting them together into a concept that worked for us all and addressed many concerns. The initial concepts presented ruffled some feathers but the contractor took the feedback well and presented acceptable concepts.

Evaluate the contractor's cost More costly than other vendors that I am aware of but this was the only contractor that responded to the RFP.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Great. There was some miscommunication that I believe stemmed from the DPS side regarding a 5K that did not get completed. That was the only misstep in this campaign.

Would you engage the contractor's services again? Yes
