Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Timeliness on all aspects of this project have been excellent. In many cases, the contractor helped drive the pace of the project as I was tasked with other priority projects and events. The account executive went to great lengths to kept the project running on time. I appreciate her project management abilities.
The only constructive feedback I would offer in the way of timeliness is the delay in the buildout of the dedicated recruitment webpage. Due to some delays on the contractor’s end, it shortened the time that our staff had to get the html, code and other collateral up on our web platform.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of Linnihan Foy’s work met and exceeded all expectations. Even when we weren’t on the same page with the creative vision, Linnihan’s staff worked to revise concepts until we were pleased enough to move forward with development of the collateral.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Linnihan Foy offers a tremendous return on investment for the work they provide versus the costs for that work.
