Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: To provide professional and technical services related to the 2022 Minnesota Student Survey (MSS) Project. Wilder was charged with collecting survey data on various educational and health related behaviors from students in Minnesota using web-based surveys Wilder provide da web-based registration system for Minnesota schools, alternative learning settings and juvenile correctional facilities to register and schedule survey administration; develop and launch a web-based survey using the question items provided by State; establish a tracking system for the progress of data collection; and produce and deliver SPSS data files from the surveys. In addition, the Contractor will provide overall coordination of the MSS Project in consultation with State and the MSS Interagency Team. Contractor will also be the primary contact and provide communication with registrants.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness All deliverables and project work was delivered on time, often times early than promised, and met contract expectations.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of Amherst Wilder and the team was excellent quality. Meeting details, staff work and interagency meeting quality was exceptional.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The cost of services is reasonable and within the expected financial costs for the project. With web-based surveys, cost has been much lower than in previous years where paper surveys were given.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Amherst Wilder is wonderful to contract with. Wilder always pays attention to detail and provides technical assistance that is easy to understand and share. The expertise of staff was easy to work with, to follow -up with and to complete necessary contract tasks. Highly recommended.
