Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The State of Minnesota's premier Emerging Leaders Institute has a strong focus on self-awareness, assessments, and feedback. The program prepares learners for a 360 review with their manager, direct reports, direct peers, extended colleagues, and with individuals outside of their agency. The Zenger-Folkman 360 report platform is accessible, easy to use, and allowed for all program learners to gather feedback from these individuals. Results are shared in a report created by Zenger-Folkman, and informs each learner on next steps for their leadership development. The individuals focus on one or more competencies identified as a strength in their report, and are guided by a two-part (7-8 hours total) facilitated session by Zenger-Folkman certified State of Minnesota staff. Each learner reflects on their results with guided homework created by Zenger-Folkman, and the learners create a leadership plan that they will all use for the next 12+ months.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The contractor responds to questions within hours, and sets up the platform and assessment releases per cohort to the exact date and time we have requested. They have provided stellar customer service to us.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The quality of the work has been fantastic. The only bumps in the road we had were on the learner side, from folks who were slow to fill out their own assessments!

The contractor was efficient, created and sent out reports to the day and time requested, and made modifications within 24 hours as needed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost While the cost per assessment is not inexpensive, the results are worth it. The Zenger-Folkman 360 creates a report with multiple leadership competency areas of focus. It guides individuals on their leadership journey, and creates a strong leadership professional development plan for each learner. The cost is kept to a minimum with State of Minnesota employees who are Zenger-Folkman certified and facilitate the sessions.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I would highly recommend this contractor. They are efficient, have high-quality work, a high-quality 360 assessment, and provides a key component as a 360 review with the State of Minnesota's Emerging Leaders Institute program!
