Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: The Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness (the Council) needed a vendor to support the development of a new interactive website. Prior to this project, the Council had information on three different state web pages which made it difficult to direct people to a central location to learn about and engage with the Council's work. This project solved this challenge by creating one central website to share information on the Council's work that is clear, interactive and easy to navigate.

Evaluate the contractor's timeliness The vendor was very attentive to our needs. They were quick to respond to emails and always completed deliverables on time. They took the extra time to answer questions and were always willing to set up time to meet to really understand our needs and respond to our questions.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The vendor produced high quality work. They provided us various design options for the website and created new options as needed to meet our needs. We were very satisfied with the quality of every task completed.

Evaluate the contractor's cost The costs were reasonable and the vendor stayed under budget.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance The vendor went above and beyond to support this project. They provided us one on one design meetings to set up the website and extensive training and time to help us get comfortable managing the website ourselves. They were good problem solvers and always willing to think through any challenges that arose. We would use them again in the future.
