These tasks are; health and safety plan preparation, compilation of historic groundwater and surface water data, groundwater sampling, surface water sampling, and handling of purge water. Other associated tasks include: obtaining written access agreements from up to five residents, review of analytical data and submitting a final project report. MDH will complete all the analysis. Contractor will follow all state guidelines including the state purchasing manual.
