Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Lalith showed flexibility of working schedules and a willingness to perform critical tasks over weekends when project needs demanded it. He met deadlines and helped bring the project to a successful conclusion by the stated end date.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Good. He showed a very deep understanding of the Informix database he was tasked with maintaining. His work extracting and transforming data during a migration from Informix to a new Federal system was good but could have benefited from increased automation rather than using manually executed commands where steps were occasionally missed and repeat extracts were required.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Good. His costs fell within industry norms.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance During the Lift and Shift portion of the project Lalith showed ownership and helped bring the project to a successful conclusion. During the data extract portion of the contract Lalith succeeded in normalizing complex data and extracted it in a format usable by our partners. His performance could have benefited from a more systematized methodology, but despite this gap he succeeded in meeting critical deadlines and quality targets.
