Evaluate the contractor's timeliness There have been multiple instances where PPX has been unable to adhere to time frame guidelines they set causing us to send the majority of our patients to outside facilities for imaging.

Evaluate the contractor's quality he medical providers do not like the quality of the imaging and/or reports, so they have been sending the majority of the patients to outside facilities for imaging.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance Overall performance is low due to them not being able to do imaging within a timely manner (not in all cases) and the quality of their reports/imaging are reportedly poor based off of provider's feedback.
