Evaluate the contractor's timeliness As with all healthcare facilities the wait times for appointments and the ER can be long, but we know Mayo is doing their best with the resources they have available

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance We do not have full access to Mayo's EHR and it is often difficult to reach their providers so general communication and specifically Doc to Doc communication could improve.
