Satisfactory, Contractor had adequate cost. They lost main staff so this is why they decided to end contract ahead of time since they didn't want to hire a person only to complete the contract.
Satisfactory. Kelly, the director of the Department of Indian work was accessible and easy to work with and have good relationships within the Saint Paul American Indian Community. They always showed up for meetings, follow through and complete reports on time.
