AECOM Feasibility Study report part 1
{Empty}
AECOM will initiate writing a Feasibility Study (FS) report based on EPA guidance: Guidance for Conducting Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies Under CERCLA - Interim Final. The FS is expected to take at least 12 months to complete. Therefore, the scope of work to be completed for the remainder of FY23 will focus on what AECOM believes is possible before June 30, 2023. The tasks to be completed for this work include: sediment and surface water endpoint concentration calculations, description of site situation and statement of purpose, and development of areas of concern. The tasks to be initiated in FY23 and completed in FY24 include: development of RAOs, remedial technology screening, multi benefit well array analysis, pilot and bench scale studies planning and analysis, and initial development and analysis of alternatives. Deliverables to be completed for this Work Plan will include two technical memos. One of the technical memos will cover sediment and surface water endpoint concentration calculations (contingent upon progress made in development of the RAOs), and a second memo outlining the areas of concern with rationales.
