Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: Wood will complete a data gap investigation including the following activities: installation of one monitoring well, installation of up to two injection wells, installation of up to eight injection monitoring wells, and installation of up to three stilling wells. Wood will oversee the drilling and sub-contracting for the driller will be done according to the MPCA purchasing manual. The wells will also be developed and sampled by Wood. Wood will also complete slug testing on up to ten monitoring wells. A transducer study will be completed by Wood in up to ten monitoring wells and up to three stilling wells. Stream gauging and surface water sampling will also be completed by Wood. Wood will also complete groundwater modeling and updates to the conceptual site model. All subcontracting will be done according to the MPCA purchasing manual.
