Summarize purpose of the contract, including why it was necessary: GHD, Inc. will design and prepare bid documents to hire a contractor(s) to connect water lines for 4 residences along the private road, Sunshine Lane. Individual water lines will be connected to each house from the main line at the road. In addition, private wells will be properly sealed and abandoned. The homeowner will have the option to have the GAC remediation shed removed. This work order is for design and preparation of bid documents to hire the contractor(s) for water line connection.
