Minneapolis. The plan should focus on engaging key audiences for the road improvements. This section of Highway 55/Hiawatha
Avenue averages 20,000 trips a day and serves businesses, freight haulers, commuters, manufacturing, schools, and residents
through the project area.
To provide clear construction communications and meet with underserved diverse communities, businesses, and residents to
provide them construction impact information during the project in 2022.
