Evaluate the contractor's overall performance I was highly satisfied with contractor’s overall performance. The Rating Team consistently demonstrated professionalism, timeliness and expertise in fulfilling a high level of responsibilities and tasks outlined in the work plan. The contractor also accommodated time sensitive DHS requests as requested, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and maintained strict data privacy requirements. No concerns.
