Contractor met deadlines and performed agreed upon tasks in allotted time. However, due to project growth and scope increase, project extended past initial deadlines.
CapTech performed all aspects of the project (architecture, coding, training, project management...) professionally and created a high quality product. Independent post implementation audits and code reviews confirmed that industry standards and best practices were met. As with any project of this scale, some faults and gaps were discovered but the final product fulfills the core requirements needed to shift the Workers Compensation regulatory framework to a modern web based portal.
Costs were mutually acceptable. Negotiations were productive and professional.
The contractor was a good partner to the State of Minnesota. Captech was able to adapt to programmatic and environment changes, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, to deliver a solution for the State. Captech was able to deliver flexible resources to meet additional State needs as reflected in the 13 amendments.
