Ms. Paulet chose not to renew her contract for the final year of the grant. Her duties were primarily administrative support e.g. scheduling, maintaining records of meetings with schools, the grant team and advisory board. The contractor completed her work on time.
The quality of the work was generally acceptable.
The cost of the contract was average to above average for the work and time required. The total cost of the yearly services was divided into 12 equal payments.
The quality of the contractor’s work overall was good. However, the contractor chose not to renew her contract for the final year of the grant. Her decision came at an inconvenient time impacting other staff working on the project and the timely completion of reports and budgets.
