Contractor was working on a very tight timeline and produced quality work for the 5-year HUD Consolidated plan and met HUD's deadline. The draft AI which did not have a HUD deadline took a longer period of time resulting in multiple amendments to extend the deadline. This was mainly due to illness and scheduling conflicts.
The contractor's quality was at a high standard on a number of fronts.
Contractor's cost was very reasonable.
The State is overall satisfied with the contractor's performance.
