The Contractor completed the deliverables in a timely manner.
The quality of the Contractor's deliverables and services was excellent. The Contractor did an excellent job communicating to the MDA and providing recommendations for the project. The Contractor did a great job completing the Phase XIX Corrective Action Reporting GIS-based data to update the maps. The environmental contractor (Terracon Consultants, Inc.) is being tasked to complete services associated with the former Kettle River Company - Creosote Plant Site in Sandstone. Services to be conducted include: oversight of the Phase XIX Corrective Actions (soil excavation and disposal) activities and preparation and submittal of a Corrective Action Report for the Phase XIX soil corrective actions. A soil investigation report for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF) Easement will be written with laboratory analytical data that was collected in Fiscal Year 2023. The Moseng Residence near Skunk Creek will have the first of two phases (non-heating season field sampling) of a sub-slab vapor investigation completed under this work order.
The Contractor's costs were fair and reasonable. The Contractor did a great job consolidating tasks during mobilizations to the site and utilizing appropriate level staff for the tasks, which reduced costs to the project.
The Contractor's overall performance on the project was excellent. The Contractor did a great job working on and coordinating multiple tasks for the contract. The Contractor was always responsive to requests and communications from the MDA, and provided professional assistance and partnership to the MDA that contributed greatly to the success of the project.
