Communication and transparency was a negative drawback from the very beginning of the project. As sight visits occurred, it was very difficult to discern the details of those visits (often referred to as high level overview). When questions were raised regarding those visits, that were not addressed in those reports, it would be noted it would be addressed in the Recommendation Report. As sight visits came to a close, and the culmination of the Recommendation Report draft was presented to us, we felt as though Public Consulting Group did address the contracted initiative of the project-finding efficiencies with the LTSS process. Listening to our concerns; PCG adjusted staff and how we collaborated with deliverables moving forward.
