Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was very timely in their responses to questions for support, guidance and coaching. They were flexible with their schedules in meeting the needs of the MDVA in scheduling Listening Circles throughout the state, in supporting question development, take always and support of program development for next steps.

Evaluate the contractor's quality The Contractor provided reports as requested in a clear and precise manor, The emotional intelligence, safe and welcoming space approach allowed for open, hard, honest and productive conversations in identification of SMARTIE Goals and next steps.

Evaluate the contractor's cost Although cost increased over final year of amended contract it was within reason and national market value.

Evaluate the contractor's overall performance As stated above, MDVA has been pleased and is satisfied with the overall work development, identification and communications with Contractor. They have met the outlined contract expectations and has been flexible and fluid with the different staffing changes within our agency while still continuing to move the work forward as outlined.
