Evaluate the contractor's timeliness Contractor was on time with her work and hours. Completed medical reviews in an efficient, detailed, and accurate manner.

Evaluate the contractor's quality Contractor was thorough in her child psychological medical reviews and maintained a high level of accuracy in her work. Contractor was open to feedback. Contractor was able to review complex claims and summarize there in an efficient and approachable manner. She worked well with other medical contractors, adjudicators, and management.
