Contractor was not timely. Project was planned to be done in November with punch list items to be wrapped up in December. With delays from Honeywell project did not get substantially completed until early July. Delaying project by over 6 months. Scheduled punch list items and installation of permanent lights did not show or notify the State had to contact contractor to follow up no correspondence.
Contractor had poor quality. Sloppy painting, locks not added to door, patched areas did not paint them, countertop was reduced in size took 3 months to get laminated end piece. Doors promised to be installed on certain days again contractor did not show or notify anyone.
Contractor cost was fair.
I wouldn't hire Action Construction again numerous times we had to pull in the owner of the company, because they were not showing up to meetings, to finish up work as planned. Told we would be finished up one day and wouldn't be completed until weeks later. Work was sloppy with no clean up paint on carpets drywall dust on cubicles even though they were sectioned off. Lights did not work properly switches associated with rooms were wired incorrectly.

Initially work started out OK then contractor stopped paying subs and we were not able to get them back to do any finish up work. Causing delays to the move for the SOS. Due to time contract was not terminated but would have been if time wasn't an issue.
