All deliverables and invoices were submitted in a timely manner.
The Improve Group's reports and other deliverable activities reflected professionalism and commitment to sound research and evaluation practices.
Cost was reasonable (consistent with industry standards) and vendor was a good steward of public funds.
Overall, our system was very satisfied with services provided by The Improve Group. Relationships are at the core of Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation and Jeree Pawl (IMH Leader) once said "How are is as important is what we do." The Improve Groups met our deliverables and did so holding our system's values and relationships central.
