Due to the uniqueness of the project, there are very few experts who have the knowledge of the unique materials MnDOT was going to construct at MnROAD. Due to these constraints, MnDOT sought out a single source contract.

Other than the final report meeting ADA compliance, this project supported an active construction project that had many
changes occurring daily. The Contractor was there working side by side with MnDOT to resolve any issues or questions.
The knowledge of the Contractor was extremely beneficial to MnDOT as we are navigating the use of materials as a carbon
reducing effort.
The Contractor cost was extremely fair for the work they performed.
